A friendly accommodation environment.

The room is large and comes with toiletries. It has hot water and air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The breakfast is decent, offering several options to choose from. They even have hot chocolate as a drink choice. Our favorite was the waffle set. The local residents nearby are friendly and simple. The internet speed is average, which might be a bit challenging for video calls. Overall, the value for money is high. It's not expensive per night, but you can stay comfortably. You can pay by card, but the method is a bit inconvenient because there's no card machine. You need to make the payment online through the internet.

The room doesn't have a safe, and the lighting is rather dim. There's no water dispenser in the room, but you can fill up from the kettle in the lobby. Just be careful not to take too much, as it might run out.

Very Good

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Much better than many we've stayed in in Cebu City. We were able to order food to be delivered to the hotel, and ate in our room, which was very convenient. Had a very comfortable night's sleep.

We arrived in Cebu City on a busy Friday afternoon. Traffic is always bad there, but this hotel seems to be in a location which is hard to get to from the airport. However, going to the port the next morning was easy and quick. Hot water would have been nice, after 30 hours travelling, but it's not something you get very often in budget hotels in the Philippines, so not unexpected.

A safe haven

The people there were helpful. The room was quite spacious and the place was safe to walk nearby.

The streets leading to the property are not well-paved, albeit there were repairs on going at the time I was billeted. The comfort room was not dirty but there is room for improvement to make it look and smell cleaner.

Budget hotel but...

This Is a clean Place,the guys in the reception helped us as much as possibile. We left 2 shirts there and when we came back to Cebu they gave us back. I recomend this Place.

The area Is not the best,if you go out in the evening there are not manu places around..

If you want to just sleep and not to look around the room it is fine, otherwise I cannot recommend it.

Quiet location

We had breakfasts included in the price but had too early trip and flight to use them, the staff offered us one small bottle of water per person to make up for breakfasts. It should be more - at least a fruit would be better… The room was not well cleaned, there were many old spider nets under the furniture - under the table, desk.

Very good

Though the pics posted in booking.com were not same in reality maybe because they were old photos, we enjoyed our stay because it's near in the Metro. it's near SM , Ayala technohub, sto.Nino basilica and the like... Easy means of transpo, but most especially not only the staff but the Cebuanos are Soo kind and hospitable! I would definitely come back here! We'll try Oslob and Bantayan Island in the future!

Cheap rate for a large size room. Outdated but very clean. Perfect for budget travelers. Public transportation was available within the location. It was just not in the city center itself. You can also book via Grab for cars/food delivery etc.

Decent value for money

The room was nice and spacious, and looked clean. The pancakes in the included breakfast were good.

The vibe of the hotel is a bit strange, it seems like they’re renovating some parts, others seem a bit abandoned. We think there was some kind of animal running around in the walls or ceiling (it made quite a bit of noise). Coffee at breakfast was instant coffee.
